FARE staff members work with adults weekly to improve physical fitness and mental health. This is done through a walking group that meets and takes part in these health walks. The group also learns to cook healthily on a budget.
The group takes part in walks each week in and around the Glasgow area and once a month they have an active day out exploring walking routes and trails further afield.
Attending this group has enabled the adults to build friendships with others in the community as well as improve their fitness and wellbeing.
