Siloam Youth and Children’s Aid Mission
Education and health care for India’s poorest families

A husband and wife team, Rev. Emmanuel and Annie Milton, set up Siloam Youth and Children’s Aid Mission (SYCAM) in 1976 in Chennai, India, to serve the poorest of the poor through God’s love and kindness. They live as parents to many children who are forsaken by society and their own family. Together their mission is to encourage, educate and empower children and people from different backgrounds.
Siloam Youth and Children’s Aid Mission addresses key issues such as children at risk, orphans, community health care, nutrition and hygiene, leprosy sufferers, adult literacy, tribal people, vocational training and employment.
SYCAM provides educational materials, school fees, meals and health care for some of the poorest families in India.
